The 1970s. When I first began and learned how to Paint.

I had not taken any art courses before I started painting when I was around 17. To be completely accurate I had some in elementary school but that came to an abrupt end in 7th grade at a Catholic school when I was banned from art class permanently over a dispute that ended when I used the word "hell". After that I played cards with the nun who was the principal while the rest of my class was in art class. I have included a painting titled self portrait that is for all intents my first attempt at a painting so be kind as I am showing you paintings for fun not because I think they were good, they were simply my beginnings.
